There are lots of reasons for choosing a healthy diet and exercise routine, but the main one, for me at least, is to feel better! When you eat right and exercise, you just feel better! You have more energy, you aren’t bloated, you are more confident, and you feel good about yourself. I don’t just want to lose weight, I want to be healthy! Here are some of the reasons that I want to be healthy:
- To feel better!
- To live longer!
- To look better!
- To make a better first impression.
- To avoid health problems related to obesity in the future. (High blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, diabetes, etc.)
