Dieting, exercise

Week 1, Day 2 and 3


Soooo, I’m not going to post any more pictures of my food unless someone asks. I’m doing good and sticking to plan! It’s really not that difficult yet. I’m never hungry, and I haven’t had too many cravings. My husband did eat a pizza in front of me tonight, and I wanted some REALLY bad, but I resisted! My husband has been great about not letting me give in when I’m tempted.

I haven’t started a major exercise program yet, but I did go to the park with some friends and walked our dogs this morning. It was pretty fun, but not really much exercise. Tomorrow morning (6:30 am!) starts the actual exercise program. Couch to 5K with Breah (and maybe Ashley). I’m excited!

By the way, I see that people are reading this blog, but no one is commenting.  That makes me sad.
