Sooooo… I cheated. I said I was going to only weigh myself on Thursday’s, but I just couldn’t resist. And guess what?!?!?!
227.8!! That’s -4.2 lbs!!! In 4 days! It’s not official until Thursday, but I’m super excited!!!
Today was the first day of doing the Couch to 5K with Breah. I woke up at the crack of dawn. Literally. It was still dark outside. No one should be up that early! (5:30 am) We walked at the local state park. It was nice! We went up several hills, saw some nice geese and stuff. A lot nicer than just walking on a treadmill or on a track. I am definitely out of shape though! I was out of breath on the first hill! But I made it! Wednesday will be even better!
After that I had class at 9. (Accounting) My professor is an idiot! He just talks about nonsense, and if you ask a question that’s not typed in his notes or on his answer sheet he can’t answer it! Ugh! It is very frustrating!
Right after class I had to go to work (10:30). We were really slow today. They cut most of the servers at 2pm, and then we got kinda busy, so we had to go on a wait, which was annoying. I was super sleepy the whole day! And man, my feet were killing me when I got off work! I’m on my feet all the time, so they hurt a lot. My heels are callused and starting to crack! Anyone have any advice on how to keep them from cracking?
I’ve been doing really great on the diet! Haven’t cheated at all! The food is kinda bland though… I have to spice everything up. Oh well. Maybe it will get better. If not, I will cancel the eDiets and switch to Lean Cuisine and counting calories.
So anyway, 4.2 lbs!
