So today is my official weigh-in day. I woke up feeling extremely fat. I don’t know why, but the last thing I wanted to do was step on the scale. I really did not want it to show a gain and for all the hard work this week to have been for nothing. So I layed in bed for and extra hour reading. Then took a shower to prolong it even more. Finally, I worked up the guts to step on. And here are the results:
Weight: 232 lbs
That’s a loss of 6 lbs!!!!!!!! In one week!!!!
I am sooo excited! This is great motivation to keep it up!
