Struggling to eat enough!

So I’m still doing good! I’m actually struggling to eat enough! I never eat all of my points and barely eat 1200 calories a day. From everyone’s experience how is this going to effect my weight loss? Am I going to lose more or is it going to halt my progress?

I’ve been eating herb grilled salmon at work. It’s 510 calories and 14 points (which is kinda high, but I’m not having a problem staying within my points and its healthy so I’m going to say its okay). It’s delicious! I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything!


I’m also still not really having a problem with temptation. I’ve gone to the movies twice (Oz is amazing!) and not been tempted to get popcorn at all. I did have lunch with a friend at work yesterday and she had a smoked mozzarella fonduta (a blend of cheeses melted together with bread). It is one of my favorite apps. The cheese was perfectly cooked and just dripping off the bread and I really really wanted a bite. But I resisted! So I’m pretty proud of myself for that!

  1. Cheese is one of my biggest hurdles. I don’t like sweets, I don’t even eat cake on my own birthday, but I lovelovelove cheese, and wonderful crusty carby perfect breads, mashed potatoes, etc.

    I try my best to stay at least 5-10 within my points. I, like you, usually use far under my daily amount. But I know that sometimes that can lead to stunting your metabolism, but it’s not something I worry about too much. If I’m full, I’m full.
