Weekly Weigh-in

So I did pretty good this week. I went to the gym. I went jogging for two hours twice. I stuck to my diet. I ate a few weekly points, about 19. But didn’t eat any activity points. I earned 36 activity points last week (from ActiveLink). I was hoping for a pretty big loss. And I lost….. two pounds. I can’t help but be disappointed. I know, I know. Two pounds is good and healthy. But I want to see more! 😛

So that puts my weight at 234, 16 pounds lost.

  1. Gah, I hate when things like that happen. On my first go-round with WW, I was doing step for an hour to an hour fifteen minutes six of the seven days. I stayed within my daily allowance and didn’t touch the weeklies. I went to the meeting wearing exactly what I’d worn the week before, so proud of myself!

    And had gained a pound.

Thankfully, the woman weighing me in reminded me that, just as when you totally blow it one week, the scale might not show it for another week or two? It’s the same with doing really well on the plan – sometimes it just doesn’t show right away. So don’t be discouraged, though I know it’s easy to do. Like PalePeacock said above – at least the scale is moving in the right direction! 🙂 And YAY! for the 16 pounds already gone!

    1. I am glad that I’m losing weight. That keeps me motivated to try even harder. Add a couple more gym days and jogs to my routine. Lol but I can’t help wishing that I could pull a Clark Kent and just spin around in a phone booth and come out Superman.

      1. Oh, wouldn’t that be awesome? (Only… I think your clothes might hang a bit better if you were Supergirl instead of Clark’s secret identity… :P)

Yes, I know. Gooberhead sense of humor. Sorry!
