So I did pretty good this week. I went to the gym. I went jogging for two hours twice. I stuck to my diet. I ate a few weekly points, about 19. But didn’t eat any activity points. I earned 36 activity points last week (from ActiveLink). I was hoping for a pretty big loss. And I lost….. two pounds. I can’t help but be disappointed. I know, I know. Two pounds is good and healthy. But I want to see more! 😛
So that puts my weight at 234, 16 pounds lost.
