I’m pretty excited because today I registered for a Color Run! It’s on August 3, which is the day before my birthday, and three months away, so I have time to prepare! I would really really like to be able to jog the whole thing. So I’m really going to crack down and work hard on this Couch to 5K program. My goals for the run (and my 25th birthday) are to be able to jog the entire run, and to weigh 199 pounds. That means that I would have to lose 31.8 pounds in three months. I think this is entirely doable! I’m super excited and it’s nice to have a tangible goal.
