I was actually excited to weigh in today. I’ve had a great week (aside from the milkshake incident). I’ve stayed well within my calorie allotment and weight watchers points. I didn’t eat any of my weekly or activity points. I went to the gym 5 days for at least an hour and a half each day. I successfully ran Day 1 Week 2 of Couch to 5K. And I just feel skinnier! And when I stepped in the scale I saw a reward for all the hard work: 226.6! I lost 3.4 pounds this week! I’m pretty proud of myself. Only 1.6 pounds until my next weight loss goal of 225 lbs, which means that I will have lost 10% of my body weight!
Goals for next week:
• Hit the gym at least 4 times
• Finish Week 2 C25K and successfully run Day 1 of Week 3
• Stay within my points (as close to 1200 calories as possible)
• Drink A LOT more water
• Add some strength training to my workouts
• Lose (at least) 1.6 lbs
