I have discovered a new favorite gym activity! The rock climbing wall! How have I never used this before?? It’s like a treadmill rock wall. Like, it spins, so you can keep climbing for however long you want without getting too high. It was little scary at first. And every now and then I wouldn’t be able to find a foot hold and would get a little nervous. But mainly it was fun!

I finished Week 2 of Couch to 5K today! I have no idea how I’m going to manage the 3 minute run in Week 3 though! I can barely manage 1 minute 30 seconds! Anyone have any advice for Week 3?
After our workouts we got protein shakes from the juice bar. I got peanut butter chocolate and it was delicious and waaaay better that Sonic milkshakes! And no guilt! Only 250 calories with 20 grams of protein.
Heidi and I are going back to the gym tomorrow, and we are going to swim after our workouts. 🙂 I’m excited.
